Terms and Conditions:

Projects are subject to approval by the Current Charity Trustees Committee of NDA UK. Project proposals must be inline with the core aim of the charity as approved by the Charity Commission UK. Proposals once received will be discussed in the Trustees Committee and if approved, will be given a project registration number and the candidate/organisation will be informed with the details of the fund release.

Project Title

Please provide the title of the proposed project or if part of a currently running project for partial budget application (25-30 words)

Project Summary

Please provide the summary of project in maximum 4 sentences to include (250 words): A. Aim of the project B. Total budget requested C. Single Sentence explaining the use of the budget at ground level

Individual Credentials/Organisation Summary

Please provide details of the individual applicant or the organisation applying for the project. This must include: Name, Address, contact details for the project on the ground level; if organisation: full name, registration details, office address for contact; experience of the organisation and its accomplishments.

Description of Need

Please include the following (1000 words): A. Background along with Current Evidence of problem with statistics (should include media and government publications) B. Population to be benefitted

Project Description

Please include the following (1000 words): A. Duration of time during which the funds will support the project B. Goals of the project and how they will be achieved C. Challenges and barriers D. What services do you promise to deliver to what population? E. Results you expect to bring about F. How will you evaluate success or failure? G. Staff details if any involved at the ground level and contact details including mobile and email H. References for the project (Individual or Organisation)

Project Timeline/Budget Timeline

Please include the following: A. Chronological order of events/activities of the project (large scale or small scale) B. Information regarding use of funds in each step C. Use of Volunteers if possible, in each steps

Budget Estimate

Please include the following: A. Table of Expenditures B. Fund utilised in each category (out of total fund required: if partially funded by our charity) C. Other sources of funding (if any- planned or obtained)
