NDA UK AGM 2025 Registration Form Information

There are limited spaces available in the Radisson Blu Hotel for both residential & Gala Dinner so a “first come first served” policy is in place.

Please complete all parts of the registration form. Incomplete forms or forms without payment may delay your registration.

NDA UK AGM 2025 Packages and Rates

All prices shown are PER PERSON. Please note that current medical/dental/other students will receive a £20 discount on published prices for the full weekend and £10 discount for the I night package (Saturday-Sunday). Please indicate if this applies in your registration form return. All children aged ten and under will be allocated a child-minding place during the main Gala Dinner and all children aged four and under go free.

If single attendees are willing to share a twin room to reduce costs, then NDA organising committee are willing to arrange this. Please indicate this on your registration form return. Please note that there is no guarantee that this can be arranged.

NDA UK paid members/life members and their immediate family members will receive an individual discount of £20 for adults & £10 for children 11 & under for the full weekend and £10/£5 for Saturday/Sunday only.

Medical/dental students/other students/foundation level doctors will receive £25 off the standard price if booked by end of May 2025 for the full event (Friday-Sunday). So, the cost will be £340. For package B there will be £10 off so it will be £235 if booked before May 31st, 2025. Single room supplement applies so please look at room sharing. This applies to:

Accommodation at Radisson Blu Hotel, Durham 25th  – 27th July 2025

Friday: Snacks on arrival, evening meal. Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, Gala Dinner. Sunday: breakfast, picnic lunch

PACKAGE B

WEEKEND RESIDENTIAL RATES TO INCLUDE:

Accommodation at Radisson Blu Hotel, Durham 26th – 27th July  2025.

Saturday: Lunch, Gala Dinner. Sunday: breakfast, picnic lunch.

PACKAGE C

GALA DINNER to include:

Saturday: Gala Dinner only

DAY DELEGATE RATE: £40

Sunday Lunch Only Rate: £30

Please note we are able to secure only limited family rooms and rooms with interconnecting doors. Please specify on form if you require one of these rooms. Disabled rooms are also available.
