38th NDAUK Annual General Meeting 2023- Norwich

Dear Friends and Families

NDA UK organising team is pleased to announce the 38th Annual General Meeting of Nepalese Doctors Association UK (NDAUK) at University of East Anglia. Norwich, NR4 7TL from 28-30 July 2023.

The University Campus occupies 320 acres of land with a beautiful lake and plenty of open outdoor space just 3 miles west of Norwich City Centre. It also features Earlham Hall (childhood home of Elizabeth Fry) which now home to UEA Law School and Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts. The Sainsbury Centre is an international art museum with contemporary to anthropological and archaeological themes, one of the most prominent university art galleries in Britain and visited by late her majesty the Queen in 2017. Both exterior and interior scenes from The Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) were filmed here and the facility can be seen in subsequent films such as Ant-Man and Captain America: Civil War.

The accommodation will be at Broadview Lodge an award winning 3-star hotel-standard guest accommodation.  The gala dinner will be held at Sainsbury Centre. The breakfast, lunch and Friday dinner will be served at modern Zest and Vista Kitchen. There will be picnic on Sunday in the open space in the University Grounds by the stunning lake. There will be facilities for swimming at Sports Park. Scientific sessions and career sessions will be held at spacious hall with state of art facilities.

Despite the escalating costs and inflation, we have managed to keep the delegate fee to a very reasonable level. The members and early bird registration cost is lower than non-members and standard fees. The early bird rate registration has closed on the 31th May. Normal registration is still open.
